Can't have visitor at linden home.how do I let others in

I have a linden home.i tried to let my friend in ,and no way could I I tried many things.please tell me what I should do,most options are in shadow so cannot use them and cannot add.please help

What exactly are you trying to do here, because your question turns confusing once you mention some options that are greyed out...because simply having a visitor at your Linden Homes does not require you to play around with any options.

Normaly sending a teleport offer to your friend should be all to do. What kind of error do you encounter, when you try it? Or have you installed some custom security device, that now keeps everyone but yourself from enterin your property?

Did you put ban lines around your home?  If so, then you will need to give your friend specific access to your parcel.  Use World >>> About Land >>> Access to add your frfiend's name to the access list.  Or simply remove the ban lines.
