First things first. Walking is a bit more important than sex. (At least, you're less likely to look like a newbie if you can walk.) I suggest reading the Quick Start Guide -- the topmost article in the Knowledge Base, at the top of this page.

When you have conquered that feat, then start shopping for sex animations or furniture that has animations built-in. You will only be allowed to use them on regions rated Moderate or Adult. Your chosen partner can explain what to do if you are inexperienced.

The hard part will be finding a willing partner. If you don't know how to do that in RL, you are almost certainly going to have trouble here. If you do know, then just remember the big rules: (1) If you proposition a stranger or someone that you don't already know very closely, you can earn yourself a virtual punch in the nose or some other favorite part of your body and (2) Keep it indoors. Despite what you may have heard, SL is not all about sex. In fact, most of us couldn't care less, and we'll be offended by having to share your sex life. See the Community Standards for a definition of Indecency - one of the Big Six bannable offenses.

See my blog post, "The Mechanics of Cyber-Sex."  It should go a way toward answering your first question.

As to getting a girlfriend or boyfriend...be open and friendly and talk to people you meet.  DO NOT use "do you wanna have sex?" as your first, or even your fifth, question!  Find and join groups that share your interests.  Go to popular places (the Destinations guide is a good way to find some.)

As for your third question, which should really be your first:  Go to Caledon Oxbridge University and take a slow stroll through the campus.  It's a self paced tutorial about Second Life, and one of the first things covered is how to move around.  Do not run through the buildings.  Stop and read the signs...they have a LOT of information.
