i have items in my lost and found and they cant be rezzed even in a sandbox what do i do?

Move them out of your Lost and Found folder to another folder in your Inventory first.

I assume that you are getting an error message that gives you that information.  In that case, visit Torley's sandbox at http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Here/125/127/23

They probably are coalesced objects that include Linden Plants.  Most sandboxes don't allow rezzing of Linden Plants for some reason lost in the mists of history.  However, Torley Linden maintains a sandbox where you CAN rez these objects, as Rolig suggests.
