Your Account information should show what you were charged for.

There are two charges that are normally paid in $USD:  Premium membership dues, and land tier.

Premium membership is charged monthly ($9.50 per month), quarterly ($22.50 every 3 months) or annually ($72 per year).

Land tier varies, depending on how much land on the Mainland you own.  It's calculated based on the MAXIMUM amount of Mainland you own during any time in the billing period.  So, for example, if I own 1/8 region (8192 sq meters), I pay $40 USD per month.  If I buy a second 8192 parcel, I then own 8192+8192 = 16,384 sq m., and I pay $75.00 per month....EVEN IF I SELL MY OLD PARCEL ONE MINUTE LATER!
