I'v had a support ticket opened for just over a week trying to return lost no-copy items, but with no luck. I suspect we're coming to the 'end of the road' so to say, and I'm preparing notecards to send to the creators of the objects I lost. Am I allowed to provide them logs of the ticket process, should they ask, to confirm that I did in fact go through LL in an attempt to restore the missing items?
I'v provided transaction logs and a list of specific items lost, but since the loss spans across 9 different creators (around 50 or so objects), I'd like to offer them the support ticket as further proof that i'm not just trying to get one over on them and get free things, especially since I don't have items or boxes to send back to them. :(
