There are no full viewers for mobile platforms, because the graphics requriements of SL are still beyond even the fastest of the phones and tablets. There are, however, some "Subset Viewers" that allow you to keep in touch with people on mobile devices using either text only, or very limited graphics.

Lumiya (for Android) and Pocket Metaverse (for iOS) seem to be the most popular.

There was once a paid streaming service called SLGo that allowed you to stream live video from a remote web server that was running the SL Viewer under your control, but that's been discontinued. There is a similar new service, but I know nothing about it...

If you have an Android tablet,  I certainly recommend Lumyia.   It's not the same as running a fully-featured viewer on a PC, but if you just want to come in world for an hour or so to hang out with friends, it's very good indeed.

I spent a lot of time in hospital in 2013, and was very glad to have it.
