It's a good bet that clothes will be mesh but rigged to a different skeleton that SL avatars use and hopefull work much better than SL mesh clothes for all sizes. Ergo, a difficult creation process will lead to a small subset of creators and a smaller stream of revenue. I suppose this could be said of all the creation tools in Sansar.
