how do I get pregnant

i have asked many people but nobody seems to know how to get pregnant so I'm asking you guys

You have also posted on a couple of very old threads, each of which answered the question exactly. I suggest going back and reading those posted answers. In summary, though,

1. Pregnancy is all make-believe in SL.  If you want to pretend that you are pregnant, just tell people that you are.  You don't need a partner to get pregnant, although it could be more fun.

2. If you really want to look pregnant, the cheapest way is to play with your shape sliders in Appearance until you have a pregnant shape.  If you want to pay someone else to do it, you can find pregnant shapes in Marketplace.  Try searching for "pregnant".  There are hundreds of listings.

3. If you really want to spend even more L$ and go through a pretend pregnancy period, you can also buy pregnancy "kits" in Marketplace that simulate all of the roleplay that you might ever want.

4. If all you want is a baby, you can skip the whole pregnancy thing and buy a baby in Marketplace too.
