I'm not sure what you expect and I have no idea what a "remote coNtraDictor resident" account might be, but if there's a hold on your account you should follow the instructions and submit a support case.

He's probably referencing this 'dead' account: https://my.secondlife.com/coNtraDictor

And using the word remote for 'third-party', as in, he is asking 'on behalf' of coNtraDictor

If you are trying to change your user name, you can't.  You can use the name as a display name, which you do yourself.

That account is on hold.  The most usual reasons for this are that you owe money (your payment method expired, for example, and LL was not able to collect) or that you are underage in Real Life, or that you committed serious Terms of Service violations, or that LL has reason to believe your account has been hacked.

You can appeal the suspension by filing a Support Case with Linden Lab, using the Help/Support menu at the upper right of this page.
