Permissions requests for Estate Managers

I realize this is a really basic question, but please bear with me: I'm not an Estate Manager, so I can't test this myself.

According to the wiki, "[a]gents in god mode and estate managers will always see the permission dialog even if the experience has been previously approved' when llRequestExperiencePermissions() is called.

Does it really do that?

If so, then I suppose non-Mainland scripts want to be careful to only call llRequestExperiencePermissions() when absolutely necessary... whereas, for simplicity, my Mainland-only script calls it whenever it's going to do something requiring permissions, whether they've already been granted or not. That would be a pretty annoying thing for a script to do, if it really does re-prompt with that permissions dialog each time it wants to operate on an Estate Manager. Or does the wiki somehow mean something else?

From my testing EM's don't get the dialog everytime. Not sure about people in GM though.

I believe that statement is just incorrect. Getting the wiki fixed....
