Question

but no link to a teleport .-. ??

Go to The Ivory Tower Library of Primitives.  They have a series of self-paced building tutorials there.  It's sort of like one of those "hands on" science museums with displays you can interact with.  You can learn all about using the basic in world building tools.

To answer your specific question:

Arched door.

  1. Make the front of the doghouse from two flat rectangles.  Leave enough space between them for the door.
  2. Make another box.  Hollow it out using the Hollow percentage window in the Object tab of the Build menu.  Use "circle" as the hollow shape.  This gives you a box with a round hole in it.
  3. Use the Path Cut Beginning and End settings to cut the box in half.  This creates your arch.
  4. Adjust the thickness of the arch to match your doghouse walls, rotate it and move it into position between the two front walls.  A bit of the sides will have to be buried inside the walls to get a smooth transition into the curved arch, so make the thickness of the arch prim just a tiny bit less than the walls.

Angled Roof.

  1. Create a triangle shape, using Path Cut.  Place one on the top of your front wall, and duplicate it for the back wall.  Make the width of the triangle extend past the sides of the doghouse, so the roof will overlap the sides.
  2. Make a flat prim for one side of the roof.  Rotate and position it so it lies on one side of the support triangles.
  3. Repeat for the other half of the roof.

You can save a prim, if you want.  Create a hollow box, and use Path Cut to cut it from corner to corner, forming a complete roof in one prim.  Rotate and position it on top of your doghouse.
