Latest sl official viewer and whenever someone comes into chat range my nearyby chat flashes

How do I remove the flashing? The icon and the words nearyby chat turn red and flash and won't go away till I click, and keeps coming back whenever someone comes near me, and its annoying, I would like to know how to disable that. Thanks.

 

EDIT: Okay when I changed object im to noaction it seems to have fixed issue, so weird, anyways thanks!

I don't use the V3 viewer much, but I think mine has always done that.  I you want to take a little risk, you can try changing the Debug setting that I think controls that feature.  You'll have to open your Advanced Menu (CTRL + D) and then select Debug Settings and look for NotificationNearbyChatOptions, which should default to YES or TRUE.  If you change that to NO or FALSE, it ought to do what you want.  If not, then change it back.  I am always a bit cautious about recommending that anyone change a debug setting, but that one should be innocuous.

Do you wear a scripted radar, that sends notifications via IM? I would have guessed that after what you wrote. Because I tested it right now here and it does what it should.
