...does that include prim clothing? Do those count too?

...sorry if it's kind of a dumb question I'm looking to buy some land and want to understand the prim thing completely. This would be prim clothing that I'm wearing. I would see how it would eat into my prim allowance if it was rezzed on the ground...

Hi Pris, only the prims on the land count, worn prims dont count

While the scripts run server side prims are purely a client-side effect.  That's why attached prims can only be phantom. ()y

Not that I have ever seem, Any attached prims are phantom, and NEVER physical.

Attached is very different from sat on, however. I think you are confusing what happnes when a scripted prim vehicle is sat on. Those vehicles often ARE physical, and may or may not be phantom. But they ate NOT attached to the avatar at any attachment point. It's a different relationship that keeps your rear end in contact as the vehicle moves.

And to the OP: No, prims attached to an avatar's attachment points, such as prim skirts and furry avatar body parts, do NOT count against parcel prim limits. If they did, there, many furries and other primmy avatars that could never enter a small parcel, because they have hundreds of attached prims! I have a furry head that has more prims in it than can be rezzed on a 512 M2 parcel.
