When I open firestorm, a blank window shows and there is no log in screen please help :(

I use a Dell E1505 laptop with windows 7 64 bit installed.

Totally blank?  I have found that the full splash screen is slow to appear if I log in using Firestorm on wireless on my laptop, but the important stuff (username, Password, login button) are still there at the bottom edge of the screen.  That's all you need to log in.  I have never figured out whether its because I'm using wireless or because I am out of town on a strange Internet connection.  I don't have any trouble on the desktop at home, where I always use LAN cables and avoid wireless.

I have same problem in 2021. I am connected to the router via a cable. Anyone knows why is this happening?

However, I don't see anything there that matches your problem as you've described it. Can you log in successfully with a different account, an alt? Or with the standard SL viewer? If so, seek help from the inworld Firestorm support group.

Are you launching the viewer on a secondary monitor on a system with Nvidia graphics?
