where t get anthro husky Textures to the body and how making them to to latex?

For the avatar shape itself, if your husky avatar uses it, the texture is in the skin.  You can get Second Life skin templates for free (do a google search).  Use them in Photoshop or GIMP to paint a texture for the body, then upload it as a skin texture to SL.

For attachments and mesh, you need the UV maps of the objects to paint a different texture on them. 

Your best bet is to contact the maker of your avatar and ask them if they do custom textures.

Your question is absolutly confusing and so I have to make a wide guess on what you want. Depending on what furry avatar you have, there might be mod out there which includes latex-looking textures. If there isn't a mod like this available you have to make those textures all by yourself or find someone who makes mods for furry avatars, which can get kind of difficult.
