is anybody there I tried all the options

Having a lot of trouble here understanding your problem.

Two things are needed here.

First, you need to explain in clear concise sentences what happened / what is happening.  None of us are sure what this "Crash by Diablo" is.  It sounds like an outfit you are wearing.

Second, you need to stay systematic.  It sounds like you are randomly doing different things.  This needs to be dealt with one step at a time.

Reading your posts it sounds like your account got compromised.  They stole your Linden Dollars (which LL got back for you).  But that whoever compromised your account dressed you in an outfit you can't 'take off.'  Is this correct?

To help you we need to understand clearly the problem.

I've been following your instuctions to the letter. Sorry my typing sinks, but yes it was compromisedand No they didn't dress me in a outfit .....it was the same outfit that I was wearing when I was compromised....and it won't come off none of it sorry for being a little eratic been trying to get this straight for 2 days now and it making me nuts

I think I had enough for one day.....It's killing me

We understand this all can be frustrating.  Reason I said clear concise sentences was partly because of this:

"I took everthing off but he still is wering his skin hair glsses watch barclet they won't come off I seleted them and still don't come and his trunks too don't come off"

This sounded like you were wearing Diablo's skin etc.

IF you follow the instructions to use the test male character and/or Ruth yourself there is no "it won't come off" problem.  YOU tell SL to put you back to the basics.  It's the nuclear option.  Either you did that or you didn't.

If you didn't; do it!

What happened when you tried it?

IF a bunch of stuff re-attaches AFTER you've gone back to basics then you are seem to have attracted the attention of a very persistent grifer-object to which YOU have given ATTACH permissions (variant of always-animating/deforming attack).  AR AND file an urgent support ticket.

IF you simply can't do the test avatar BECAUSE xxxx won't come off then you're well out of normal viewer stuff.  Even RLV shouldn't behave so badly.

Reading this manual you link to, I think I see a problem here:

3. Remove all your objects and clothes. (Right click on your avatar, choose Take Off, then click Clothes - All Clothes. Then again Take Off, then Detach All.)

If an avatar has this option greyed out so it will not work, skip this step and go straight to:

5. Click Develop - Avatar - Character Tests - Test Male or Female. Your avatar will return to the original simple version.

You might need to try several times before it takes, but it will work. I don't know why, I am not a developer but I guess this device that griefs the OP could copy and re-attach too fast. But it will work.

I will recommend logging into a Linden sandbox that don't run scripts. http://secondlife.wikia.com/wiki/Newcomb

My guess is that the griefer planted an innocent looking tip jar where the DJ was playing. The tip jars work so that the DJ has to grant it debit permissions in order to split tips between the DJ and the venue. The OP also mention that his money was stolen.

Well, that's a bit of progress. Have you done the full avatar character test? I linked to the instructions in a previous post. Here they are again...

Finally I couldn't put it down and I wasn't gonna let this person win. I got my AVI back up and running thanks to all you people who were persistant in helping me have a great SL experience. Without all of you I would have given up ,

HOORA to Everybody you Guys and Gals are great in keeping all of us up and working correctly and comming to the aid of a fellow SLer  in a time of need. Thanks so much for all the help.

But on another note do you think that the greifer attached something to my tip box I found the Boxed Item Crash by Diablo in my inventory along with looked like a note card and deleted both of them and I didn't see any other instance in there do you think my tip box is safe.

I know this was a new one for all of you to work through!

Woo Hoo, TOKILO!

Could you describe to us exactly what you did to fix the problem (If you haven't already, I've not caught up on the thread since yesterday)?

Question here.  Are you using your own tip jar (box) or a club supplied one?

Assuming it is Club Supplied, the way this rare scam works the griefer rezzes an invisiprim in front of the tip jar with the appropriate scripts in them.  In this case two scripts.

The first would have been a debit permission.  You would have however gotten this warning:

permission.png

This permission only needs to be granted once.  In the case of a Club Supplied tip jar you would have gotten it the first time you logged into the tip jar.  Subsequent log ins would no longer ask the permission.

The second function would have been llAttachToAvatar.

"Attaches the object to the avatar who has granted permission to the script. The object is taken into the users inventory and attached"

Once again, you would have gotten a warning pop up, "Such and such is trying to attach an object to you.  Do you want to allow, yes, no, etc."

Bottom line is always be careful when saying "yes," especially the debit permission.  At a club, using their tip jars, there would (should) be nothing nefarious about this.  If you ever get it anywhere else, ask yourself the question, why would this be requesting permission to debit my account?

It was a trial and error way of going once I ws able to get his clothes off I keep plugging at it

I knew I was getting somwhere. I went to a low prim site and start to plug away . I did as they said rmoved all clothes and detach all next. I had to do this a few time cause it kept logging me out.then I went to the developer menu did the charcter test thing .....(but I did that earlier and it didn't work) ...This is the scary part ...I did all of this earlierand it didn't work

I was able to bring back I original AVI once I saw that I knew I was home free. rebuilt him and went to my inventory where I found this **bleep** of a attachment and deleted it alonf with the note card I'm assumming was the script for it. This thing is a mother of a attachment ( Crash by Diablo ) and the note card said ( Newest Greifer ) if you see it get rid of it

First off, very glad you got this fixed.

A few  questions here just for understandings sake / clarity.

Were you the victim of a phishing scheme / your account got hacked / logged into by another person?

I got the impression that you were logged in when all this trouble started, specifically losing your Linden Dollars.  Or did you log in, find your Linden Dollars were gone and you were wearning this object?

Understanding the exact sequence of events helps us to understand how the Griefer worked and to help others who might incur your problem.

I detailed one scenario Griefers use.  There are others, phishing schemes being another.

Thanks

1. I think it went something like this ....I open up my system for a day of work got a message about a gift...now I get these from time to time from place I purchase clothes at we all do .

2. I saw a nice litte string bikini I was gonna get for my wife ( this site said Second Life Marketplace) So of coarse when you get anything from Market Place you have to sign in so I did, THAT WAS MY FIRST MISTAKE. I clicked to buy I thought it was a little strange didn't offer a option as gift. It was a freebeei gift, so I wrote it off and went to purchase it  and was gonna gift it to her later that day.

3. Later that day I was spinning at this point I still had my lindens cause I remember looking to see what my tips were. About 1 - 1/2 hour into my set I get logged off music still going. I kept trying to get back on to finish my set up but I couldn't, Linden Labs had lock my account up due to a Email that was like mine and they asked if I had change anything twith my the email address ended in (.IT) .

4. So at this point I had to change my password on my account, got that done, Logged in and I had a feeling this was gonna be like this. Opened up my account first thing I did once logged in was look at my balance L$0.00 I was floored . Cause I had 20K in it ata the time.

5. Went to My Second Life My Account went to Tranaction History found out what time my account was hit and who hit it . Filed a Greivece with LL document the account info and attached it to the greivence report. LL was great they got me back my lindens. How I don't know but they did 20K is alot of lindens to lose in one shot. From things I read these crumbs bums go after Land Owners, DJ's, Merchants anyone who deal in Lindens and has a potencial to have alot on hand to operate.

6. The rest you know it's history and 7-8 Hours to break myself free of this thing almost 2 days later and lost 2 days of income on top of it all. Not that I make that much .......chump change but it's something to have fun with amd my Second Life Experience doesn't cost me out of my RL bank account.

I HOPE THAT I EXPLAINED IT ALL GOOD ENOUGH

Thank you very much for taking the time to explain.

Once the Phishers get your password it only takes a couple of seconds for them to log into your dashboard and see if you are worth messing with.  If you want more info on recognizing the phishing pages/schemes it was discussed in length here:

Again, Thanks
