''Rez item failed'', WTF!!!!!

ok...anyone else having troubles with prim parts not rezzing? Seem to me some techs should  really look into what they do and how it affect everything.

depend really..sometime it's a head, a leg....this affect mostly  my tinies avi and  non-human ones. it remind me of the time when  the item server was  in maintenance tbh.

I had no problems today.

Usually for me it is fixed 99% of time by a relog or going to a different SIM.

My understanding is that this is usually caused by network problems.

I've been doing a lot of rebuilding of my store today and got the "Cannot rez object" error an astonishing amount. 2 minutes after getting that error the item would actually rez even though it said it couldn't.

 

Grid seems wonky today.

It happens to me too, not very often, but it happens. Usually when I have to log off in 5 mins and have barely enough time to choose an outfit for later.  Yesterday was quite unusual, after changing outfits once or twice, I could not add ("rez item failed") or take off any attachments.  A quick relog fixed it up.

There is also an issue with mesh buildings when trying to rez directly on the floor, some times making a normal "floor prim" makes the issue go away, rotate your cam to a different angle, rez directly on the ground and move it inside or simply a relog

I`ve had several support calls regarding such an issue while having no issues myself and 1 of the 4 fixed it, something with the client going wonkey, i have no idea...
