You "talk" to support via the "Support Ticket".  Other than billing support, that is the only way to "speak" to anyone in support.  You can try the published number (not toll free) but you will get no where.  Read the note in the blue field

That's what we are here for.  We're all SL residents, just like you but with a lot more experience and a yearning for abuse.  If you are not a Premium member, you cannot even file a support ticket for a technical issue.  We are it.   Fortunately, we often have better answers than some of the ones that Premium accounts get from support tickets.  At least we empathize more.
