New viewer 3_4_5 not working

I've downloaded the newest viewer many times but I can't log into SL.  What am I doing wrong?  Is there a problem on SL side of things? Please advise.

What happens when you try to log in? Any error message? What computer/OS are you on? What is your Internet connection? I will be hard to help without information at all.

You posted this exact same question yesterday, and I told you the exact same thing I'm going to tell you now: Please post more information by EDITING THIS POST. DO NOT start a new thread. Look at the top of your post. Click "Options." In the menu that appears, choose "Edit." Add more information about your computer, your internet connection, how SL behaves when you try to log in, and if you recieve any error message, including exactly what the messages say.

"I can't log in" is not specific enough for us to help you effectively. There's nothing on the status grid about any log-in issues at the moment, so it's your computer or internet connection, and to diagnose any of that, we need more information.

Well then using that logic, I want my old PC XT with 20mg of disk storage and 128 k of RAM to run SL. In color too not the "green" screen it came with -
