Can someone tell me where the LL policy on outdoor signs is?

A few years ago, LL instituted policies that placed limitations on outdoor advertising signage.  I am interested in putting up some signs, and I don't want to break any rules, but I do want to to as much as the rules allow.  I cannot find the rules about this anywhere.  Doses anyone know where to find them?

• They must extend no higher than 8 m from the ground.
