Free/Affordable male African-style skin?

Good day.

I created a new account -- this one -- and I am searching for a dark male skin. I do not mind if it is pitch-colored or shades of dark brown, but I need a free (or affordable) skin as right now I cannot afford to put real money into Second Life.

In my old account I had a free skin called Benjamin which I used until I bought a skin from TELAQ. I can no longer find it.

Do any of you know of one? If all else fails, I am willing to use a dark tanned skin until I can put money in and buy a skin.

You are out of luck, Tellaq has a skin up for free in their Midnight Mania, but it isn't black. More south european/tanned european. I was there right now, it was 35 avatars registered and it closes at 150. Maybe it's not even filling up. http://slurl.com/secondlife/Tropical%20Breeze/9/66/3502

But free male skins of some quality is hard to find, so if I were you, I would slap the Midnigh Mania there and hope that they will change it to an African skin later. It's still a good skin to use, male free skins is hard to find, and very few ethnic ones.

Well, another free skin! 

Take the teleport to JStyle and find a huge poster. Click it and get a message that it's group only, join the group. Click again and take it. It's not only the skin, but the whole avatar. I used Men's skin 04 from Rootswear Freebies to style a male shape I made. He was called Dwayne. Women's freebies on ground floor near door. The men's freebies are up on the 1st floor.

More: Belleza is 250 $L to join & includes dark tan skins in their group gifts. Filthy is 199 $L to join and has a monthly skin gift that varies. Mostly white.

Rootswear had a "Natty Dread" avatar for 1000 $L looked very similar but the details on the skin in your post are higher res.

I think Filthy is closed now. I tried to find them another day, and the group info say it's closed. Maybe they were too generous, a new free skin every month, for both men and women. Not many guys I know of, change skin so often. Why buy when you get free ones all the time? 

I didn't know the Ruby skins was free inworld! Good to know.

Sorry Marianne I didn't notice you linked to the Benjamin skin. I went in and looked in my folders and found the LM and took it to Ruby's. Benjamin is the one in the photo of free skins at Ruby's.

Why did I even bother to log in. Lol
