I have filed a ticket and we are still having issues with the sim..how do I talk live?

I know it's annoying.  It happens to me occasionally too.  Fortunately, LL's techs respond very quickly to a support ticket that reports an off-line region.  I have never had to wait more than about 20 minutes.
