Home sim saying i'm banned but i'm not on ban list

Havent been able to get onto my home sim for the past 6 hours but sim owner says im not on ban list.

 

The message i am getting is on both the sims that are joined together and says i am banned from the region.

Do you get an explicite message saying you are banned or are you just not able to enter the sim? It could be that the region is down...

How to report an offline region

• "This region is offline."
• "The simulator is offline."
• "Region not available."
• "We've got a sim down!"

No matter how you put it, it's the same thing: sometimes a region will go offline, rendering it inaccessible. The reasons are many and various. The important thing is to report it so that Linden Lab can correct the situation.

Note: Remember to check the Status Blog — Linden Lab might already be aware of the issue, in which case we're working to fix it.

To report a region as offline, submit a support case. Both basic and premium account holders can submit cases for this particular problem:

1. Under What type of problem are you having?, select Land & Region.
2. Under Land & Region, select Report an offline Region.
3. Enter the region's name and any other pertinent information, such as anything unusual observed before the region went offline
4. Click Submit.

Linden Lab will address the report as soon as possible.

[update] Rolling Restarts Main Channel

If you are getting a specific message saying you are banned. Then that means that the ban is on the estate ban list.and not on the parcel ban list.

Have the owner double check his or her estate ban list

This happened to a friend of mine, too.  She is NOT on the parcel ban list, and (as far as I can tell from looking at other parcels on the sim,) not on the region ban list either.  The sim managers agree with this.  The parcels are open public access, not limited to age verified avs or payment on file avs.  The sim is on line.

Nevertheless, for the last three weeks when she has tried to go there, she gets a message saying "banned from region".

We have no idea what's going on.  At least in her case it isn't her home sim.
