Over the last few days I have noticed that I am not recieveing instant messages from any one who is not on my friends list. Ive tried on the usual things, clearing caches, re installing, logging in and out. I can recieve messages from friends, but as soon as i unfriend them I dont get their IMs or nothing. Any ideas how to get this back?

No idea what it is, but if you are worried about something on your land that isn't yours, Just return it to the owner.

For the past few days all my friends profiles have been telling me to add them as a friend even though i already have, tried readding, didnt work either. Any ideas? Update: I am using the SL viewer on the newest update. Screenshot below showing the issue, as you can see this person is on my friends list, but in their profile it is still asking me to add them as a friend, this is the same for all of my friends.

Some phones are able to use chat clients to log into second life.

Havent been able to get onto my home sim for the past 6 hours but sim owner says im not on ban list. The message i am getting is on both the sims that are joined together and says i am banned from the region.

I doubt its a virus problem, possibly hardware, or like the above suggested internet, obviously if youve tried on several pcs its not hardward, but a system restore point may help on either machine, or you may have got a virus from elsewhere, if youve not got protection. if you can log in to other sl things its not your account. Try logging in at Smith or a sim you know that is empty, it may be the place youre trying to enter that is causing the problems.

All you can do is try speaking to the owners of the store, and seeing if they will allow you to use it again. Maybe give them a few days for the dust to settle before trying with your formal apology though.

I wanted to keep a copy of it, obviously for future records and as a memory of our love. But i forgot to, and it wasnt in the email i was sent either asking me to view. Is there anyway at all to view it again? :-( Reply to answer, it wasnt in the email, usually is, but this time only had the link in it.

Having the same problem and rather annoyed with it. SL updated without asking me, and now i cant edit picks that really need editing. This could have buggered up at a better time lol

Ive been using viewers for a while now and recently after logging on ive found my groups always says "no matches found" my friends list is constantly (loading) and it wont let me IM my friends, nothing happens. When i try to teleport it logs me out. Yet i have no problems using my inventory or exploring the place it starts me in. It also appears that there is no media to play even when there is so im getting no sound apart from the teleporting whoosh and ping when it times out. Any suggestions? Ive tried uninstalling, reinstalling and using different viewers, no change...
