Help, Canadian wants to buy lindens, suggestions please

The only way I have to buy lindens is with a prepaid credit card which LL does not accept anymore. I need a third party that has a CAD option and will do it directly through the credit card, NOT THROUGH paypal. Thx for any feedback and suggestions.

I have a prepaid visa from Green Dot and SL accepts it. What kind do you have?

Nothing except paypal wouldn't allow it when I tried last night, not sure why.

I had tried to buy lindens from Crossworlds Exchange since they said they take Visa, but when I selected buy it automatically took me to the paypal page. I need a third party that accepts Visa and also has an option to see the amount in Canadian dollars. Still need help, thx.

Second Life does accept some prepaid cards, (like the walmart card).

You may not be able to use the first card purchased, but you should be able to use the Card sent in the mail, from the Card Verification company (walmart). You would need to register your Money Card through approved systems.

Completely anonymous money cards may only be good for ring tones, and 1-900 - astrology... Or porno.

Several merchants are turning to Paypal to process their credit cards.  That is probably why it took you there.

You should have no problems with any of the payment methods to buy Lindens just because you are Canadian. 

I would recommend buying the Lindens direct from LL as they accept CC pmts.  It sounds like it might just be that whom you are trying to purchase Lindens from doesn't accept your pmt method.

I am Canadian and purchase directly from LL...is cheaper too then third party merchants. Use any CC or PP

I don't want to have to get another prepaid card because of the fees that are charged on them, but thanks anyway.
