I agree with Johnny, a sky limit would be nice. Some of us on the mainland spend hours and lots of linden to make our homes look nice and within theme of the area, especially along the waterfronts. Then, somebody comes along and plants a spaceship just feet above land making it appear to be on top of our home. Talking to the individual nicely does not always work and LL won't enforce any mediation. And people sailing by are not going to derender everything along the way. Sad really.

It was a limited gacha item. But still the seller didn't even attempt to contact me. And say LL did remove the item...still the seller should have contacted me.I tried enough ways. I didn't unpack the item and could have sent it directly back to her so she could see the box did not contain the item I purchased. It has her name on it. And even still, the fact it is limited. So what... you sell something on MP that is limited and if something goes wrong just keep the buyers money. I have made purchases on MP for many years and have had a few issues but they were quickly resolved by the seller. She should have taken back the item she gave me which by the way she is selling as we speak for 60L and returned my linden at best. The item I purchased was 800L. It isn't even the money at this point, it's about doing the right thing. This is just wrong and there is nothing I can dol LL will not help resolve it. So she walks away with my linden and I can't even warn anyone else about her bad selling habits. Sad

Thank you for your responses. I tried to contact LL but support is down. I will try again later. This person did not relist the item, thank you for that info too. She does have 1000's of listings though. I feel sorry for the next person to get burned. I actually went to the shop she claims to be CEO of inword it is a mesh eyes shop and she is on the vendors. It just bothers me that obviously she has received my messages since she removed the listing. But everyone is right, not all sellers are honest. Sad.

Okay so I purchased an item from MP 12 days ago. Get the item inworld and it's the wrong item. Some cheap posters that are useless to me. So I immediately contact the seller to tell her that there has been a mistake and I did not receive the item I paid for. No response. I send another Notecard and an IM thinking perhaps she missed it a few days later. Still no response. So I figure give her a few days to get back online as RL does happen....nothing So today I check the listing and after only 12 days the listing is not there???? I was able to leave feedback for the listing but when I hit on the link it brings me to the home page of MP. What the heck? So a seller can remove a listing if they don't want to deal with it??? Give a buyer whatever they feel like giving or nothing at all it might as well be and we have no recourse??? I know my contacting LL will be futile since reading all the info here. I still have all the transaction info but what good is it if I can't even see the transaction anymore in MP. I would really like to stop BAD SELLERS like this. I don't take kindly to just giving my money away and I don't imagine others do either. So frustrating.

Just sell all and stop spending your hard earned dollars on SL. I resorted to that after lots of land problems. Four months without paying out fees to LL and It feels good!

I realize that just sharing factual news. Wondering why SL has increasingly become so unstable? This initial info sort of clears that up.

Okay thank you everyone for your insight. I've tried removing my hud and it is still happening even in a sparsely textured area. I've checked my connection and it is good as well. Like I said it was never an issue before the updates so I guess I'll just have to ride it out and see if the next update remedies the problem. I will try a full clean re-install of SL viewer. Hi, since the last update of SecondLife Viewer my textures don't seem to be loading properly? I thought with the new update today it would have fixed that problem but it didn't. I tried the HTTP Get Textures on/off to no avail, also tried clearing my cache still same results.My video card is an Nvidia GEforce GTX 560 and the drivers are up to date. The textures load and when I turn my avi around everthing has disappeared and needs to reload again. It never did this before. Is there a tweak to fix this? I even tried adjusting my draw distance but get the same result. Any suggestions would be much appreciated?

Okay so I bought some mainland and started a group so I could have contributions to this land because there is a smaller piece of land on the same sim I am interested in purchasing only for the prim. What happened is, I have 2 people in the group and I wanted us both to contribute but it kept saying I didn't have enough credits so I had to check the box *Owner makes contribution with deed" My land is 15856sq and the parcel in the same sim that I'm interested in getting is 3712sq. If I contribute the entire tier limit of 16384sq it allows me 2166sq as land available. Now that is with me as the contributor. I wanted the other member of the group to contribute as well. Would this bring the total amount of land up more? And if so how do I do it. Everytime I tried it wouldn't let me because there were not enough land credits? I do own a LL home as well. If I give that up that would bring the amount to 2678sq available...right? Still not enough. Am I trying to do the impossible here? Can someone clarify this for me please? Thanks in advance.

Hello, I currently own some mainland which is 26112 m2 and I'm at a teir level of a 1/2 region which covers 32768. My land use fees says I am still aloud 9541 m2. The land is group owned and the group is owned by my X-partner. How do I reclaim this land as my own. When I went to sell land - sold it to myself for $0L and kept my objects, it says that my tier cost will increase to full region which is $75. more per month? Could someone help me to figure this out please? Thank you
