the ones who appear in the video probably are employees of the Club "Element the 8th", they should know who is the person that is in the video and she must know from where she got her hair, ,shape, and skin.

you click the button "view on map", then you click "visit this location".

if you dont have the second life viewer open it will open and you are going to be taken there, if you are inside second life, you will see an option to teleport there. you can ask somebody who works there for her, and they may tell you what are the names of the the skin, shape, and hair, or they may know her and she could tell you.

Welcome to SL.  Canaro gave you good advice, but be prepared to be disappointed.  A lot of people in SL want to look unique and spend a lot of time hunting down just the right combination of things to look the way they do and don't want a 'twin' walking around. It is also possible the shape and other things were made by the person wearing it or were custom made and not available for sale.  Shapes in particular are something that a lot of people create themselves. 

Most people have fun shopping for the various things they need for their avatar..  You should try to look unique rather than copy another person.  If you really don't want to bother, there are a number of complete avatars available on the Marketplace that you can purchase.

Now, I'm looking for style in the Second Life Marketplace.

I tried to go to the club, I don't go to the floor.
The reason is because I still not cute ...

I also do my best, I'll try to find a cool style, like her.

But, a lot of items have been registered, I'm hard to find that.

oh if i had to guess.. it may be a curio from looking at the collarbone if you are talking about the girl that was alone at 3:08 if you are talking about the two

 

that's my old club i used to work at for a couple of years..

this video is from 2010..so it can be hard to know because of changes from then..but i'll guess curio..

the onyl thing is curio skins are not on the market at the moment..

but as i said it is only a guess and could be many others..

 

a good hint would be to look at top skin designers around that time.. because Elements is a very fashion orientated club and a lot of people shop in many of the same circles..

especially the ones that work there or are close to those that do..it's a pretty big clique there or used to be anyways..and they are always sharing with each other the places they shop..

i haven't been there in a while so i don't know how they are now..just going from my past experience as part of that family..

Maybe Truth or Elikatira for hair? I'm not sure about clothes. Too long ago since I went to any clubs in SL.

I would probably avoid using "now, come play with me." That can be misunderstood.
