Just a bit about that mayo vs. sour cream... you can always put them both. Maybe also add some natural yogurt and smetana.

This is nice recipe too, though i remember from her tv-show her putting in some mushed brown beans too. I have made it with smoked mackerel or tuna or surimi sticks and with pea shoots and added some ginger root too. :matte-motes-delicious:

collard greens - jarred  in apple cider vinegar.

cream sweet corn.. fresh cut from the cob
