I am getting an error when i try to open my viewer.

Question

i try to open my viewer and i get an  error  saying The application was unable to start correctly 0x0000005.  Click OK to close the application.  i have unistalled and reinstalled still nothing

i have clean defragment and restore still cant open. 

what can i do now

PLz HELP

A google search for 0x0000005 gives lots of results for people having this problem on Windows.  Unfortunately there is not much information and no (honest) solutions amongst what I read.  None of them report it with SL though, that I could find.  Talk amongst yourselves, let's hope someone who knows comes along.

I had the same issue.  This was a few versions back, on LL & TPVs.  A CLEAN install fixed it.  I later discovered a rogue program, that when loaded caused it, but unloading the program did not resolve the issue.  I had to do a clean install of the viewer.
