i try to open my viewer and i get an error saying The application was unable to start correctly 0x0000005. Click OK to close the application. i have unistalled and reinstalled still nothing i have clean defragment and restore still cant open. what can i do now PLz HELP

I was looking thought the premium houses just looking and thinking do I or don't I but before I know it I own a house when I did not want. I Canceled my membership. Of 72.00 I want it all back now I didn't even use it for a day need to talk to a real life person about this NOW
