Is this person harassing anyone else? they keep IMing Me, and talking about how LL is using cia something, and so they use the same tactics, and said they were scanning my computer, and something about something called KTS, and how I was part of them, and I don't even know what that is.. Aparently someplace My first Avatar visited while exploring, and My IP Address..

Question.. Will LINDEN LABS  put a stop to this nut? Making me affaid to log on.

Does it seem reasonable that LL is using CIA tools or methods? No, it doesn't. There is no mechanisn by which the SL Viewer can scan your computer. There is however, a mechanism by which people can make you think that. It's called "lying". That, of course, also requires you to invoke the mechanism called "believing".

Don't do it! Linden Lab cannot put a stop to either lying or believing.

It is possible for people to obtain your IP address if you've enabled media, as the servers that stream sound/video to your computer must have your IP address to do so, and the originator of the stream may have access to tools that show all IP addresses currently being served content. If you want to be super cautious, disable all streaming media before entering a sim. Enable it only if you trust the place.
