    if you thought i was offended i was not i was just explaining things as they are. and you are welcome to your opinon. but that is all it is. and you do'nt think that is a good idea for you to do.. and that is fine you do not have to take me up on this offer in fact i do'nt expect you too. it's not for you and that is fine all i am saying is that is not everyones opinion as you see. also sl17b i had an attraction known as the thriller dark ride . ride based off of the thriller video. it played the michael jackson some at parts and vincent prices laugh at the end as the car went out. that is a creation you will not find for sale in world anywhere or on the market place.just thought i might mention that. oh one more thing for slb next year i will be bringing back a ride that madpea originally made for the sl13b mad monster mountin. i have the facode from them and some of the props i am recreating the whole inside with the same monsters and what not that they had pluse some new stuff for in the ride too. so at SLB next year it will be back for sl20b now if somebody take me up on my offer and my park is back before that then it will be a ride in the park too.here is the one from madpea from SL13B i have the mountine with the face and the props and monsters too pluse like i said some new stuff i will be puttingin mine. madpeas mounstermountin is no more but hopfully soon it will be back in world.

    looks like a great park hon. hope you do not get some of the jokers i got on my post about an amusement park here. dont know why some wanted to troll my post but appearently some people do not like amusement parks. not the majority of them though. hope none of those troll come over here. i would love to come visit you park sometime really looks like a great time. wish mine was still around. anyway have a great nite

    i do pay them with money i get from the tips and from the store in the park. after all why not. they would be co owner and the deal i had worked out with the last co owner that just up and left after 12 years wich was strange. but anyway. she not only got a percentage of the tips we also had an agreement that if she did this for me that then i would advertise. and some of that money i paid her from tips and the store and the arcade. well she probrably used that towards paying her teir on the land. and the other guy that was interested but disappeared before he got new land. anyway i paid him 2796Ls towrds him getting new land. even though it did not cover the whole land price. and i did not have to but he was having trouble finding land at the time i wanted to help him out. he even said he would pay me back i told him he did not have to he insisted. he said after he got the land he would pay me back. unfortunatly he just disappeared before the land or the pay back ever happened. and that is why this post is here again.

    trust me they will want my rides and attractions also i make alot of the rides and attractions who do you know in sl that has a bill tracy whacky shak dark ride. with all du respect i will say this. just because you are not interested dose not mean no one else would be. this is your view not everyone elses.who would not want a park with rides that they cannot get anywhere else like the whacky shack and juorney to the center of the earth attractions that use to be in rl.i have a lot of those new rides also that you were talking about by the way.and no i dont just expect someone to do this that is why they are getting a park that they will co own with great rides old and new. and some of the best rides in sl. it saves them money cause they do not have to worry about buying rides pluse they get money from the park as well. there were people in the passed as i mentiond in the post that had thought what i was offering was a great idea. and it happened for awhile. including the last persion that lasted 12 years. so no my idea what i am porposing is not unrealisc. otherwise i would not of had the land over the years of others that let me have my park there. see not everyone thinks the same way you do about it. with all du respect sorry to tell you this but you need to get your facts straight cause you are waaay off and history shows that. that is all i want to say on this matter.

    hello i could help you get rid of those greifers from those sand boxes. i am a greifer hunter. i have cleaded many sandboxes already for good . that had greifer problems like those you mentioned. send me some landmarks and i will get started.

    i dont give all the tips because i split the tips 50 /50 because i use some of the money from tips for new rides and stuff like that. also another thing i do too did it with the last park i had a store in the park i split the profits from that too . and also of course the co owner of the park can sell anything they want in the store of their and that they would of cours get all the money from of any of the things they sould. and then like i said anything of mine i sell in the store i split . i forgot to mention about the store in the park earlier. so like i said it's a great deal for both parties.

    i just wanted to clear something up with sam she asked if the park dose not make money for me or the co owner why would they want it on their land? that is a very good question. as i told you already i do not charge but when i did have my park i did get tips from time to time. and i shaired the tips i got with the owner of the land so yes there is money in it for them too when ever i get tips. but i do not charge admission. i use to get alot of tips not enough to get my own land but me and the last co owner made some money in tips. i guess i did not explain that enough before. hope that clears that up for you same and anyone else that wounders about it. and you have a good day sam

    let me clear up a question that was asked why have a park if it makes no money? because it brings back nistagia some parks do like mine. and mine is a speacial park like i mentioned before it has some rl attractions that do not exist anymore. and also cause it is fun. if most of the parks in sl relied on money to make it they would not still be around today. look at prim hearts they do'nt charge and they been in sl since id say almost the beginning. and yes some others too. so to the persion that asked the question there you go. by the way if it seems like i have a bad attitude. i am sorry for that i do'nt have a bad attitude. i just have a a problem with trolls. hope that cleared up anymore questions. i am not here to fight with any trolls and i will not. i am hear to offer something that as i said both parties can benifit from. anyway anyone that is interested let me know. anyone that is not please do'nt respond and dont troll. i will not waste my time fighting with trolls anymore. so i will ignore any trolls on this post. and they can then deal with the lindens. so please if your a troll keep your comments to your self please thank you . i am posting this again cause i could not update the old posts.

    by the way no i never did charge never did. all i had in the park were tip jars but no one had to tip me. and as far as not making money oh no back then got alot of money in tips . but that is besides the point. and if you think it dose not work then guess you never saw prim hearts here in sl. or unknown theme park of any of the other still successful parks here in sl. and Dynasty's kindom lasted from 2012 all the way to 2020 so much so that a good friend of mone loki rat put it on here youtube channel see those links in the post check them out that was my park and that is what someone will get if they do this deal. it's nothing to sneeze at. just cause you do'nt like parks dose not mean they are not popular or of that they do'nt bring traffic cause believe me they do just observe the parks around here if you think sam that they do'nt bring the property of the land value or not. then again check out the parks here in sl. then try to say all that again.lol it's ok sam you saying all that you said aboutit. because i like a good joke and you just told one big load of bull ***** lol you might want me to get all upset and call you names and stuff. well i will just do this HAVE A NICE DAY ?

    thanks for the tip animats i use to cow own that park back then though it was known as The Teme Park from the unknown. we had a haunted house that i still have in my inventory that i put down there back then along with some outher attractions i laid down i was also an exibiter at SL17B had a whack shack ride there one of the ones from rl. but here in SL i made it. it would of went to my park. if my park would of been around long enough. plans where to eventully put it in. but anyway. wish i would of had that at theme park from the /unknown them park
