I can't open a second tab in the game, appears: Second life is already running

Hello I need help with the question
I was playing normally after the last update I made the game, when I tried to open a second tab appeared the following message:
Second Life is already running. Check your task bar for a minimized copy of the program. If this message persists, restart your computer.
I installed the game again, restarted my computer and continue the same way. What to do to get back to normal and able to open more than one game guide?

I assume you are starting Second Life from a desktop shortcut.

Right click the shortcut, select Properties.

In the Target box, add the text " -multiple" to the end.  Don't include the quotation marks.  Put a space between the end of the current text and the dash character.

OR

Open Preferences, CTRL+P.  Click the Advanced tab.  Theck the box, "Allow Multiple Viewers".  Click OK and close Preferences.

if you'r using firestorm you can go to preferences/ advanced/allow multiple viewers

for every viewer you open you need a seperate account/avatar
