The "search feature" is not working on my Firestorm viewer...HELP!

Hi Amaralla...probably the best thing to do is join the inworld group for Phoenix/Firestorm and post your question in chat.  They are a great resource/group and will know if there is any problem that is viewer specific

I was with this problem. Today I unistalled it a made a fresh install. Now it is working fine.

I'm having the same problem as well. A reinstall did nothing.

Edit: It's not working even in the LL Viewers.

Im having exact same issue I uninstalled firestorm then manaully cleared cache and reinstalled still nothing but works in phoenix arg but I perfer firestorm. also people's profiles wont come up this started yesterday afternoon.

If you don't get a start screen when you start Firestorm (just a blank area) as well as search not working, it's possible the antivirus software or firewall on the computer is blocking slplugin.exe. I had to tell my antivirus software to ignore it with the previous version of Firestorm. When I recently upgraded to the latest version the problem came back, but this time the firewall decided not to allow slplugin.exe access to the internet. Firestorm worked fine once I changed the firewall setting.
