This is not the place to ask.  You'll have to contact the merchant who sells it.  In the Answers forum, we answer questions about how Second Life works (or doesn't).

You'll never find a non laggy sim any where there is a large group of people.  This all so depends on your computer, and internet connection.  When you find a laggy sim first things to try would be to turn down your draw distance, you might all so try turning down your other graphic settings. 

I don't think this has any thing to do with the creator of your skin.

Hmmmm.. The OP seems to have marked his original question as "Answered" and then deleted it and replaced it with another, totally unrelated question. Bad form.  For the record, the original question was related to finding a specific skin to match a mesh head.
