Okay so my boyfriend has the onduty **bleep**. It apparently can get you pregnant randomly... does it tell you like instantly if it does or do you have to wait a few days? and if you are...what happens next :S

Nothing happens next.  Being pregnant in SL is a roleplay like being a vampire or a horse breeder.  The OnDuty device was designed to drive a specific RP business.   Ignore it and move on, unless you want to participate in the roleplay.

You can only get "pregnant" if you're wearing some sort of attachment that will create that state - "pregnancy" isn't part of the basic behavior for avatars. If you WANT to get pregnant get an attachment that will communicate with your boyfriend's, um, equipment and read the instructions. If you don't want to get pregnant you've got nothing to worry about.

Hello MoonSworn.  The fact is that there is no pregnancy in SL. If a woman desires to have a baby she can just buy a prim baby from Marketplace as she buys everything else. However there are arround some "funny?" products, like this one you report here, which make you to feel the illusion that you are pregrant. If you just ignore this message really nothing happens.  Maybe this is the best idea because with simple words you will be "blocked" from their system / list and is no possible to get the same message in the future with the excuse that you forgot to get your prim baby. However you can visit their clinique in world, called "Happy Birthday Clinic" (easily you find it with search in world) to stop it. If you don't stop the process, in 9 days you are ready to visit the clinique to get your prim baby. In past every day you got remindens in local chat that your prim baby will be born in 8....7....6 days but now no any more. If you decide eventually to get your baby you have to pay 300L$.
