I have a other Avatar and when I try to log her in it will not let me

I have a other Avatar on SL when i try to log in it tells me my user name and or pass word is wrong.  No it is not I am typing it right. but yes is will not let me log on in to my other avatar. I paid good money for it and i want to know why i can't log her in now.

It's possible that you misremembered the password, I suppose.  Even if that's not true, you can get Linden Lab to reset the password so you can start fresh.  See https://community.secondlife.com/t5/English-Knowledge-Base/Password-and-account-information/ta-p/700017#Section_.1 .
