Phoenix is far superior and better options in my oppinion, nevertherless SL viewer is nice and been improved alot but I think with time will be better.

I have a Sony Vaio with an ATI - HD Mobility Radeon - 5650 and SL works perfectly at even high graphic settings, the Mobility Radeons work quite well with SL. Also if you do have the money just get the i7 for sure as will make it much better. If you can get a newer Sandy Bridge Processor even better then as they have better performance acording to many reviews.

Definately clear your cache in your viewer: Preferences>>> Network>>>Clear cache and relog.

Relog or do CTRL+ALT + R to force rezz. Reset your avtar to default like this: Advanced Menu >>Character>>Character Tests >> Test Male (or Female) That could well be SL issues and not your fault.

Loki you did nothing wrong that is just called LAG, if the island is really full of people, busy or has many prims it causes lag now and then. The best thing is to have a good graphics card and plenty of memory. Try using another island and see if the same happens there. Also your draw distance should not be set to ultra if you have an old graphics card.

Thats a group error, sometimes wait a bit and retry again. It also could be that the group owner does not allowed people to chat on the group.

Hi Cali that sounds like a common error with ATI Graphic cards that messes up the textures on the avatar, please make sure if you have an ATI Card you update its drivers to the latest version. If that is not your case then perhaps just relog and see what happens. Cheers, Niav

You should be sitting on the balls for them to animate you. Also are you sure scripts and not turned off on that land? Please check. If that doesnt work you could try removing all attachments from your avatar and then trying again. Also dont forget sometimes LL have server maintenance and that can affect anything in-world. Aurelio go ahead and open a ticket under Land and Region then Region Cancellation Request and specify what date and a reason, they can take it offline today but is usually good to give 24 hour notice. Also the good news is that they will allow you to reclaim the island if you changed your mind within a week or so, but sometimes longer if you're lucky. Cheers, Niav

Could it simply be that rezzing is not working due to asset server issues/error? Wait a bit and try again after a while perhaps or read the Grid staus page to see if any maintenance is happening here: http://status.secondlifegrid.net/
