  1. If I get spammed with notices I didn't ask for, I don't nicely ask to be removed. I get ugly about it. Why? Because I didn't ask. If it's an updated item, I don't have a problem with it. But just because I buy something from you doesn't give you the right to add me to a list that I didn't ask for. I will AR not only the merchant but the object sending out the notice each and every time. I will not nicely IM to ask to be removed. You shouldn't add me in the first place. If I like your stuff, I'll subscribe. I got into a huge argument with someone the other day over this. I had alre
  2. This is a nightmare in progress! What is the process when an item needs to be updated and corrected for some reason? Nothing in the FAQ about that, which is terrifying since the developers have proven they don't have a clue exactly how SL works as a merchant. The information on the FAQ is great, but at the same time, it's nothing at all. They are shoving this down our throats and with the poor communication and lack of good beta testing first it isn't a good idea. Sorry viewer 2 proved that the lab doesn't properly beta test stuff or they would have realized the huge piles of issues bef
  3. I'll go ahead and bite and respond to this thread. Mesh to me sucks. Let me count the reasons why.... 1. Alpha layers, most shoes now use alpha layers, I have to take off the alpha layers for mesh which means some weird shoe options unless I'm missing something. If phoenix allows multiple alpha's someone can share how, because I would love to know how. 2. Lack of viewer support. For whatever reason, LL felt the need to shove mesh out, knowing full well that the majority of the grid couldn't see/use/interact with it. That's great, but it also creates a ton of users walking around thin
  4. I am looking for an experienced, skilled and motivated builder to assist with an upcoming fair. 4 sims total, each must be built within a theme. Excellent opportunity for the right person. Any builders who are interested please send a NOTECARD inworld ONLY to Cara Ametza including your name, as well as pictures, or links to builds that you have done. We will review the notecards received and contact back any builders that we are interested in.
  5. We are still looking for skilled and talented builders for the 2011 Jewelery Fair!

  7. Doesn't the ability to select from the various categories on the right side basically do this already? Seems that would allow people to see your clothing, verses furniture, verses scripts pretty easily.
  8. Honestly it depends. I know scriptors tend to have pieces and bits stashed around. Overall though, I would actually expect it to take a few weeks. Days would be awesome, but I highly doubt I'm that lucky lol.
  9. I am looking to get a project developed. Exact details to be discussed with suitable canidates. Requirements: Scripts Full Permissions (no copy/transfer, but copy/modify/transfer) - No this is NOT negotiable! Expereienced with LSL and PHP MySQL experience. Proven references and capable of providing examples of work completed. Responsible Fluent English - this just makes it so much easier to explain requirements, and communicate since it's the only language that I speak and translators are not 100% accurate. Contact in world via NOTECARD only to Cara Ametza. Please give examples of rate
  10. I must say that I'm quite pleased with this, it's not just another bean counter arriving. Perhaps we can finally get started on improving a few things for users that have been broken for a time now, and start focusing on growing Second Life in all new ways.
  11. Support is busted beyond repair I think. Tickets that should take days to handle are sitting weeks later untouched. I have a couple of those myself! It seems to be hit or miss what tickets are handled, and if they are even handled correctly or by someone who really isn't paying attention. But I suppose if my tickets are actually looked at before the end of the year, that's an improvement, cause after all that's better than not being looked at entirely. <3 P.S. Your survey sucked, even it was broken, it wouldn't let me enter any actual text in the text boxes, so that was a great attemp
