  1. I love this soooo much!!! Going to ride the train to there and make a little excursion of it all 😍
  2. I attempted to sail from the Belli Fairgrounds to Fantasy - When I finally got to the community center I realized my boat was too big for the canals. Going to try it again by on a rowboat
  3. This is my first mainland property ever in all the years I've been off & on on SL. I was driving past it on sale for a while on Route 9A in Jeogeot but what made me buy it was actually the neighbor who did such an amazing job with landscaping. I decided to follow her theme and extend the rock landscape and waterfalls. I'm really big on being able to enjoy my SL home & environment even when I'm AFK (just listening to the sounds). I'm still working on landscaping and decorating (purchased the lot 3 days ago) but really loving how it's coming along! Feel free to check out: you might see me dancing while making improvements LOL. http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Kot/26/120/57 The home is by Trompe Loeil.
  4. Hiii! OMG it's actually via your website...that I found Bonaire Yanu Yanu and booked. I also recently stayed at Ritz SL because of your site. Luckily I have a friend I drag on my excursions 🤣 I intend on going down the whole list of your recommendations !
  5. Hey! I'm Elise, 30F from Los Angeles, California. I've been in SL for a very longgggg time - off and on. The pandemic brought me back and since then I've been really into exploring the continents (sailing, chartering flights, driving around and staying at hotels). You'll find me in Bellisseria, Blake Sea or at some airport waiting for a plane. I really enjoy experiencing what people have created in SL including attending a sport event or going to a concert. Would love to meet new friends to hang out with, explore & make good memories! (this was taken at the Bonaire YanuYanu resort - 1/29/22 - https://www.bonaireyanuyanuresort.com/)
  6. Ok... it seems like I've gone down the rabbit hole of now wanting to stay at every hotel, resort and motel on SL. My first stay has been at The Ritz SL located at https://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Tears of Moon/172/86/2451 It's a self-check in hotel so you click on the kiosk located in the lobby which brings you to their website to check out their available rooms. Rates are from L$375 a night up to $1175 - they also have wedding venue packages which include a suite plus the wedding venue. I decided to stay in the Grand Deluxe Suite for a night because why not? (It's L$795 a night) - I'm a lone traveler but i'd imagine this would be cute for a couple. Oh btw the Grand Deluxe Suite is massive and really beautiful. You walk into a large living room area - with towels, drinks and plenty of seating for multiple people. The next room is the bedroom and is literally just as big with a terrace that goes out to the pool and gardens. The bathroom is luxe (can't think of a better word) Every piece of furniture is fully loaded whether you are alone or a couple - made good use of the towels provided In every public space there is a bar - all drinks bento with cute animations. The spa is really well done - gorgeous especially in ultra setting (although I turned off Ambient Occlusion) The conservatory restaurant is absolutely gorgeous!!! Plus plenty of choices for a really nice 5 course meal! I'm a huge lover of well done scenes and great ambience/sounds. The garden is definitely that and more. There are wedding areas that are specifically for wedding packages that are closed to guests along the garden The great thing is Hitchcock's Bar is open to the public so you can bring friends over to hang with you there It's a must visit!! Oh and they have a website for all the information - I didn't put a lot. https://theritzsecondlife.wixsite.com/ritz
  7. Omggg I love it! I hope I spot you in action 😂
  8. I haven't done the drive through the Chalets yet - on my list now!
  9. That's such a great idea! I always yell hello or blow my horn on my boat when passing by people - probably annoying as hell :D
  10. For obvious reasons this is hard to do on the mainland but in Bellisseria when out and about I try not to ever use teleport. Using a scooter, bike, car, boat to get around has led me to find some really cool spots (i'm sure many of you have already found). When sailing I love the little things like the floating crates in the water, the underwater gardens or a shipwreck plus all the cute hidden beaches dotted over. I've found so many cute resting spots while riding around on the scooter and have met new neighbors as well! I'm challenging you all to teleport less and see how long you can do it for
