  1. What was I just saying about that carved-frame sofa...? If you missed Petite Mort's lively Frida version when it was on sale back in January, you're in luck because not only is it on sale again, but the price is now even lower - $75, 14 LI, PG. The other bits and pieces of the set are also on sale for $60 as shown on the boards (except the potted plants don't include the furniture).

Also on sale is this office collection - the chair is only 2 LI and together with the 3 LI desk and 2 LI wastebasket costs $99. A set of two 2 LI monstera plants costs $60; the set of 1 LI wall hangings costs $60; desk clutter is $60; the 4 LI petal lamp is $60.

  2. There's lots on sale at LouChara this weekend, but I think the best of the bunch is this rather lush sofa: 12 LI, PG $99.

Also, variations of this carved-frame sofa have been popping up all over the place - LouChara's version is 14 LI PG $99. The 2 items of wall art and the screen (linked in the demo at 8 LI) are $88, and the end table with plant (3 or 4 LI?) is $68.

I bought the artwork* and screen - each framed piece is 2 LI, but they can be linked to save 1 LI. The screen itself is 8 LI. (*Just what I've been looking for to fill an empty corner in my Shion!)

  3. I missed Florence Pugh - this has emboldened me to dress my avatars accordingly with non-Senra spaghetti-strap pieces I love that just don't fit! I think these women have done us a big favor! ;)

  4. This comment doesn't really fit anywhere, but... does anyone else think Emily Blunt's Oscars dress looks like a Senra Jamie body wearing a Maitreya outfit? (Love her, by the way, but can't figure out what's going on with that dress...)

  5. Despite the poor LODs on the cabinets in the display model (that latticework is only in the new version, an older version is included) this kitchen set from Your Dreams is worth looking at for $75 if you're willing and able to tinker with unlinking parts. The second photo shows items/linked pieces that are only 1 LI each (including the shelving unit). Each unit shown in the 3rd photo is 17 LI. The 4th photo shows some more 1 LI pieces (the apples as provided are way too large, and reduce from 4 to 1 LI when resized).

PS: It's easy to tint the canisters any color your want.

  6. More musical instruments for the weekend - this time from Fancy Decor! The spinet/harpsichord is 7 LI plus 2 LI for the stool - plays 4 pieces, with adjustable volume, has a lovely animation (also one where you can take a bow after your performance) and comes in 7 different colors, $75 per color.

Also on sale is this 3 LI Kombucha tray, $100.

  7. There are too many sets on sale at Black.Sand this weekend to detail, and many of the pieces are too high LI for most of us in Belli houses, but you can use bits and pieces of the decor.

The drumming set ($60) is fun, though the animated hands really ought to be lower.

The Dreambed with 'erotic anime' pillows is 14 LI, the one without is 11 LI. Either is $60, PG or A.

The Giovanna closet set is $75. The Gautama office set (which has poor LODs for some of the decor items) is $75 (includes PG and A). The Re'Uly chair and chaise set is $100 for PG or A. The Forty-Seven set includes the black chair, white chair and the 'exclusive' wine-colored chair and their associated decor items, PG and A included, all for $90.

Did you check your spam folder?  Are email preferences set to send IMs to email?  Not sure if the photo to email would be considered IM-like.  Worth a check.

Yep. *All* the sub-folders, in both email addresses I tried, and both of those accounts well under the 15GB of permitted storage. (And I've also sent large photo files from my phone to both accounts with no hiccups, so the problem isn't with Gmail's ability to accept the files.)

I'll check to see if something has changed in terms of my 'trusted sites' settings in Norton AV...

UPDATE: I haven't been able to find any settings that would prevent Gmail from accepting screengrabs sent from Firestorm, but for the first time have seen an error message of sorts within Firestorm to say that the process failed. Hmmm...

  9. Thank you, @Nalates Urriah and @Rowan Amore. Usually I just use the MS snipping tool (for my furnishings posts in the Land > Linden Homes forum), but I thought using the in-world camera would be an easy shortcut, letting Gmail handle the storage. I had no issue the last time I did it, but that was maybe a year and a few software updates ago. Why it's working for Rowan, but not me, is perplexing (saving to disk *does* work). I'd also thought that maybe there was a delay, because I'd done maybe a dozen snaps in relatively quick succession, but 2 days later nothing has shown up. 'Tis a mystery.
