I don't frequent such places so can't help you there. But I am curious about how you formed your prediction, and what your hypothesis is from an anthropological perspective?

Have a signboard that says "Private Property" and maybe a sign at the landing point that lets people know some spots are private rentals. Otherwise it could be assumed the houses are open to all. Lots of places do this, and I haven't noticed anyone disrespecting it. I suspect the region admin would boot and ban them if they did.

[IMO more vendors who sell older clothing & accessories should reduce them in price.]

I've been seeing people wearing flexi skirts again, especially roleplay and period costumes, and they're still quite pretty. I occasionally buy old hats and veils and such, made long before mesh. One of my favourite shops for Victorian/ Edwardian accessories was owned by someone who unfortunately passed away years ago, but I'm glad the shop is still up.
