Oh and further to my previous comment / when you enter your payment method on the website don't forget to click save details for further payments. This seems to be a key step in the procedure. Don't know why (shrugs)

Hi Shoujo I had this problem last week, but after trying to buy from the website accessed through your dashboard several times and being unsucessful I suddenly suceeded ?. It has nothing to do with your bank. It is a linden thing. They have changed the method for buying lindens for residents outside of the US. It seems the only way we can buy now is through this website/ Secondlife Cashier/ I use viewer 2 and the beta version and I really like what they are doing with beta. Good luck

Hi Peewee I see from your very helpful list of Billing team international phone numbers none for Australia and New Zealand. I think maybe lindens have forgotten us. Yet many down under people in world.-))

Hi Peewee and shelara. Firstly I am happy you managed to buy shelara. I think the website is going to be the only option for us living outside of the US to buy lindens from now on. Secondly Peewee I tried using the Phoenix/ viewer 2 version 5/ and Beta viewer2 version 6. With no sucess for several days, until yesterday. So I hope that this has been fixed for all none US residents.-))

Have just successfully brought lindens using the Second LIfe Cashier. So maybe the problem is fixed? I will try using one of my alts and see what happens there.
