  1. you miss the persons point, as long as there is enough turnover someplace to cover tier, it doesnt matter if other parcels never sell. im not sure how you can assert that nothing on zindra ever sells. do you check each parcel monthly, or take pictures of the map and compare them to previous ones.
  2. That totally sucks. I had some of my decor on my parcel on Zindra returned one time. Luckily my building wasn’t fully linked, or I’d have logged in to see an empty lot with my furniture sitting in mid air 😂 But yes all it takes is one whiner to mess you up, and they might not even do it because they are offended in some way, its because they know you broke some rule or other, and they just do it to ruin your day.
  3. I got a deal on a parcel in Yedboro on Zindra one time. Soon after i moved in and built my place I realized why it was so cheap. There was some sort of noob welcome center on the sim, on a 512. The sim was always mostly full. After a couple of weeks i decided to sell and move on. I sold it for what I paid for it. You dont have time to assess sim traffic on Zindra, you grab cheap land as soon as it comes up, or you loose it. I started with a 512 at my current location, sim traffic was good, so when a noob flipper got the parcel beside mine (about 4000 sq m) and listed it for $5 L per sq m I bumped my tier to get it. Been there ever since and Im never leaving 😁.
  4. So obviously, the consensus is that there is something special and unusual about the land market on Zindra. Here are two scenarios for comment. 1) Suppose tomorrow LL said, thats, it, no more adult land, its all moderate now. What would happen to land prices on Zindra? 2) Suppose tomorrow LL said, we are done with moderate, from now on, all moderate land is adult. What would happen to land prices on Zindra now? And, what would happen to land prices on the rest of mainland?

  7. flippers dont have infinatly deep pockets, they cant keep buying up adult parcels for ever. At some point they will not be able to grab all the new land, and everyone else will get a chance. Land on adult is expensive because it is in short supply. triple the number of adult sims and the prices WILL drop.

So anyway, for anyone wanting to do the deed in their backyard, their home must be located on an adult sim, so hey LL, stop adding to that mainland blight known as beli, and start adding sims to Zindra, enough sims to break the lock that flippers have on adult parcels. It can be done if LL has the will, but they don’t, so they won’t.
  9. All this is to prevent sensitive people from seeing adult activity, but if they minded their own business, and didn’t try to get a peek, there would be nothing to see.
  10. Simple question, yes or no. I have a nice house, the yard is fully equipped with adult furnishings. I don’t want ban lines and i don’t want to turnoff see inside parcel. Can I have this on a moderate sim?

  13. if all u need to do was turn off parcel visibility then sex in your pool would be fine, but LL is too prudish for that, it has to be behind closed doors with the shades drawn. Zero adult activity is permitted anywhere outside your house on a moderate sim. And people wonder why anyone needs adult.
  14. you cant have sex on your back patio on moderate. some of us enjoy doing it in the moonlight, so dont tell us you only need adult if you have an adult club
  15. you are not allowed to discuss disciplinary actions against you in the forums, its against the rules, so how could you have any idea how often it happens?
  16. no, they will never increase the size of zindra or offer adult LL homes. In fact I’m pretty sure they would do away with adult altogether if they thought the lost revenue from people cancelling their premium subscriptions was a loss they could absorb.
  17. yes but is double prims worth $100,000 L? Just buy a regular plot twice as big and only decorate half, there is your double prims
  18. just imagine so many adult sims that flippers cant afford the tier. that means you and I can ask LL to sell us a parcel, just like on general and moderate. the only difference is scarcity, eliminate the scarcity and the price difference will disappear
  19. flippers wont be able to demand exorbitant prices if there is a glut of land available. its the free market at work
  20. and you dont need to add 500 adult sims, just keep adding sims until the flippers run out of money. thats where they effed up with horizons, they stopped adding sims way too soon flippers wanna buy up all of horizons, ok here is another 500 sims for you, knock yourselves out it is possible to break the flippers
  21. i think you are wrong about the price difference. if there were as many vacant adult sims as moderate, prices would be similar. As i said before, scarcity drives up the price, not the fact you can do the deed anywhere you want.
  22. referencing your quote by Abner Mole, some of us dont want to do it quietly and discreetly, and some of us cant be bothered with all the required layers to protect the sensibilities of the faint of heart, who if they werent camming me in the first place, would have nothing to be offended by, so its an AR waiting to happen. No thanks, i’ll stick to adult. That reminds me of another pet peeve of mine, self entitled child avatars. I tped to my sister one time, who happened to have her kid with her. I was wearing a top where the tiniest sliver of nipple was showing. The kid imed me and said, you better cover that up, I’m a kid you know. I thought, you little creep, you had to cam in real close to see that didn’t you. Thats why I ban child avatars on sight from all my properties, they are generally nothing but trouble.
  23. you aren’t allowed to keep strangers off your property on beli? anyone can just walk in? as for expensive adult land, flood the market with new adult sims, land flippers dont have infinatly deep pockets, sooner or later, with enough new adult sims, the price will drop to similar to moderate. Throttled supply keeps the price of adult land high, not some perceived advantages.
  24. thats true, if there was enough adult land, prices would drop to to same level as moderate and everyone could live there lives in accordance to the choices they want to make, and not the ones LL imposes on everyone
