Now it seems to be the time for Permafrost. Without asking the ancestors ... I myself dare a prophecy: Today Friday 2:40 pm SLT they will release Permafrost. Why? Because it's Friday! They released Well Springs and Rocky Heights on a Friday. If I am right I wwill eat the raost chicken myself ... if not I'll sacifice it to the Ancestors

Must buy another roast chicken!

Permafrost is the last Pickle region - the last camper free region - and it serves a purpose that they did not release it yet though it is long overdue. I do not know the English word for it but I give you a picture ...

On the contrary! IF a Linden would have read this they likely would have changed their sheme for they love to be unpredictable. I hope they won't notice for a while so I have a chance to land some more hits. There IS a simple method in my predictions and as soon as I missed the first time I'll reveal it. And because my method is quite rational (inspite the twigs and flames and coffegrounds and ancestors ... simply added those to amuse you) I will certainly NOT predict weekend releases.

I have been extremely lucky that after searching for a loooong time I finally found my ideal home, a real beachhouse with nothing between me and the coast and not even houseboats to block my view. I did not finish the inside yet but concentrated on the outside. So this thread seems the adequate one. They are both a bit costly but WELL worth their price! The "Twisted Tree" comes with a sort of little weeded hill at the bottom and can be changed to four seasons. As Marianne described you have to change the texture of that hill to match the sand to "... the 'Beach sand' texture we all have in our library" and as she explained further "Editing skill is needed, rotating the sand direction to match the default ground is important, also the scale." To make it easier for you (since you have to change that texture every time you change the season) it is: edit - select face - click the base - texture - select the Beach Sand from the Library - horizontal 3.0 - vertical 1.2 ... AFTER taking this picture I added rotation degree 10 ... makes it match better. The wrecked boat "Driftwood beach den" comes not only with tons of just awsome animations but also with a hud with which you can adapt the sandcolour (similar as it was long time ago with shoes and feet combinazions) ... you should use that and neglect the fact that the riffles are a lot smaller than those of the ground because if you CHANGE the texture like with the tree you would loose some plants and shadows that are on it. At least that's what I did! Needless to say that a "Waves and gulls ambiente sound" and some flying gulls are a must have on such a parcel! (but first turn your land page to "restrict sound to parcel")

New region? which? Calleya is not due yet. Or do you mean Leech Lake?

I'm afraid no good news there ... they made heaps of campers lately, a few houses and only SOME houseboats. Set the searchword of autorefresh to "houseboat" - or "boat" - and hope for abandoneds ... else you might look around inworld were you see regions with houseboats named but not yet released. If you give me a regions name I'll ask the spirits of the ancestors for you - maybe they tell us when the relese is to be expected

The Ville de Coer where I rent a little cottage has wonderfull seasons. But they are created by the landlord, not by the tenants. I wouldn't trust them to do so. Some may be offline, on vacations, ill ...or just not willing! IF you want seasons, you have to have a region where all the landscaping is done by the owner and you get a house INSIDE of which you can decorate not OUTSIDE. In Bellisseria we have a garden that we can decorate, a fact that I really appreciate, so to have seasons is just not possible.

looks great! That's the continental but what porch are you using for the dining room? Seems closed with windows in it.

I keep seeing them though ... they pass by without the alarm- melody ringing. Just now finally there's Meadowbrook again. Really started to miss it! ... The Campers lasted for almost two hours!
