Hi... its not as easy as it looks like... there is no standard value... If its for mainland, usually those who really want to have a serious piece of land they pay approx. L$1,2 per prim. (or less) and they have almost full perms (landscape, bann lines, change name, deed to group etc.) Or if it is for a private sim the MOST expensive i ever seen is 1,8 per prim with tottaly full rights (ownership) Of course as you saying... yours is a developed land with streets etc.. Well.. You have to focus to find tenants who are not able to build and rez anything, so they will have to need to rent something like yours. And since what are you going to give them is service more than land... make sure they will be happy of it, so they keep paying you. P.S. Dont listen to me.. Hi, I don't know exactly what a good hotel should be in a virtual world.. But that reminds me my attempt to create a dormitory bed hostel once.. Today I could build something different on demand.. And maybe place it on a 128x128 Dome.. Or better on a private parcel with water.. But what I actually do is let people use the land for free and rez their boxes or edit their appearance on those pose stands.. Cheers mate, ty for remind me my past. Hello there! Im sorry i couldnt keep my 2 cents out of this. Yes! i agree 100% with what you said. What it really amazes me in SL is the fact that places who have rules are full and others who are free to use and have no rules are empty.. Of course its all about money.. A free to use Club usually doesnt pay! (tips only) and doesnt demand anything.. Therefore and its less crowded than a club who pays L$2000 minimum fee per HOUR to singers.( I know singers aksing double and triple than that) And then they have manager's fee, host's fee, prizes, rent, machines, materials etc... simple logic. I can be in that owners mind: "I pay my huge money and i do whatever i want! i EJECT people in a jiffy! " lol.. isnt that peety though? I mean, im sure in SL are so many people who really like to enjoy life in a "free" condition and more without to be forced to tip or to be spammed with huge local chat gesture emoticons and they cant. Just because those little small cute clubs are nowhere, they dont exist since they cant advertise them selfs and they close one by one, slowly slowly, day by day... Thank you for your answer and yes I want to rent a parcel and not to buy one; Its cheaper than buy land and pay tier to SL since I'm going just for a 1/4.. I Visit the parcel you recommended since I'm premium but as I see it cost 50k witch is fine for that parcel. It is waterfront and in a great spot.. But not for me I think I will quit the idea of having water under my feet besides in mainland you can't go more than +/- 4m I will quit it more of the L$... L$ makes the world go round and as I see so far, I can't have an economy parcel together with a luxury view witch suppose to be the water. Note here I don't want to have a waterfront. I just want to be in sea level, so I can use the water to make ponds rivers etc... Also I will like to mention here what I want to build, cause I had IMs asking me my theme... I am totally addicted to Virtual worlds for like 5 years now and I am online almost all day and night; since I have the sickness of the PC (can't sleep more than 4 hours-I'm thinking of my mall and wake up) So, just because of that, it happens and I am almost all the time online and that's my Good Card! As I'm Screaming for years to people who want to have a shop: You need to be online to help your sales!! Anyway, unfortunately there is no any shops Available. BUT! Since I want to have people like you in my Mall (yes! Feelings are always mutual) I would like you to add me as a friend, so I can easily send you an invite ASAP when something gets available! (I Believe there is one going available this week) -I am uploading here a Xmas Photo of The Mall Street, so you can have an idea before you use the Teleport URL. My Shops are big enough so they don't block the view of those who browsing the merchandise, as well The Mall Street it self its build in a way that they can browse all of it while they are in center. Note here that the Malls Theme is a Zen Garden... Green Grass with flowers and nice atmosphere. One more think I want to mention is: There are some resellers in my Mall. But their shops are looking decent and looks like it was the main shop of the original designer. We can't just kick out those people.
