Good quality custom avatars cost between 50-100k L$. I doubt any professional creator will make a high quality avatar just for 30$ an hour. You expect too much for too little given the time and work involved.

I like both prim and tattoo eyelashes. I have a pair from Redgrave called Extra long and wear them with Izzies alpha layer which removes system lashes. They only need minor editing and looks great. For tattoo eyelashes i choose Mozz eyelash set which includes 9 different lashes on tattoo layers, works excellent as well.
