It is interesting if you edit the question then click on the Autosave it goes back one edit.

I posted two questions and after I did it shows copies of them in my profile under "Autosave Drafts." With the email I use when I click send the draft is deleted; is this not the case with this system? Is it okay to delete them now? How do I delete them, with that little "x"? ETA: Interesting!?! It only saves the last two.

Thank you Pauline. This looks like the best answer I am going to get. I guess I was hoping for "Do this and they will look at it right away." BTW it is a genuinely important issue that is preventing me from using SL on my home computers. I really hope someone looks at this soon.

Most browsers remember the last Avi you logged in with so you have to clear everything. Open your dashboard, Forums/Blogs and Marketplace with your main account, you can use tabs or different windows. 1) Make sure these are the only three tabs/windows you have open. 2) Log out of the Marketplace and close that tab/window. (Make sure you are logging off not just closing the window) 3) Log out of the forums/blogs and close that tab/ window. (Make sure you are logging off not just closing the window) 4) Log out of your dashboard and close that tab/window. (Make sure you are logging off not just closing the window) 5) Close your browser completely. 6) Reopen your browser and log in as your alt. 7) GO SHOPPING! Never try to log in two different Avis at the same time.

I opened a support ticket on February 16th and since that time I have called several times to make sure that they had all the information they needed. The last call was March 3rd at which time I was told my case had been escalated but today it is still showing "New" and I don't know what to do. Should I keep calling? Should I update the ticket? Should I send an email reply to the ticket confirmation? Will any of this help at all?

Thank you Lexie you are awesome! Now if only support was as fast as you! (I have a ticket open since February 16 still showing "New") I wish I could give you more then 1 Kudos for all the help you have given us but you will have to settle for a Kudos and an Accepted Solution.

How do you get, give and take away Kudos?
