Someone set up an RP BnB in his garage he built. No money is exchanged. It's just for RP purposes. It's really cute.

To combat this you can turn parcel auto return to 1 minute. Any item brought onto your land  (that do not belong to you) that isn't sat upon will only remain for 60 seconds before being returned. I also suggest just tping out of your home for about a minute. Without an audience, they will leave.

What you do behind closed doors is no one else's business. Out in public, I think as long as you're not being a jerk to folks, people aren't going to care. I haven't found too many people who aren't super friendly and welcoming to their neighbors.

That open space provides the prims for sim decor elsewhere and for prims in the house boats.

I know but I like the green and have always said that given the chance I'd love to paint my RL home a similar shade as this. I'm a huge fan of  the NoSeeUm/GoAway Greens.

I happen to love my little bit of "surburbia" IRL and SL. My Winchester, if it were white, would be fairly identical to my actual home. I love it. I hope you get something more to your liking in one of the next Linden Home continents but I'm not going to feel bad for a moment that I and many others are enjoying the HOA Suburbia life in SL.

Constantine Linden said they would be giving us Linden made orbs and those will be the only ones allowed in the new housing. They won't tp home, just kick off the land.

Long term , the LI on the houses could be redone to go down-- now 200 + when abt max 50 for same look in stores. Then the parcel prims could go up maybe.

 

There are those if you look around.  I found a cuddle sit under a bridge that abnor mole put out.

LL appear to be concerned about making a community a bit like the successful private areas attached to mainland the Seychelles, USS Sims, Fairchang, that all have bans on banlines and restrictions on orbs. Rather than going down routes they have been down before which appear from your experience to have been beset by griefers.

Constantine Linden originally said 60 seconds for the orbs to eject. That will give people enough time to A. NOTICE that they are about to be ejected and B. Find their way off your property without being booted back home or losing their airplane/car/ect. And 60 seconds really isn't that long to wait for someone to be removed. Plus, if you need to remove a griefer faster, you can add their name to your ban list and they will be automatically removed, no wait.

That's so kind of you. My home on the beach is set to open rez so that anyone needing to rez a car or what have you may. I'll get the lm shortly

It is planned, the Lindens and the Moles are not done yet. General estimates are they are less than 50%done with the roll out.
