Thanks to some abusive land practices by certain individuals, Kraddic is no longer able to be shaped into 4096 or 9216m parcels. However, Myanimo is still viable for 4096m parcels! The individuals involved have been reported for price gouging and land cutting. Here's hoping LL deals with these practices appropriately.

Land in Hymule all ended up going to friends. Most of the land has been set for sale at this point, though I'll be gaining a bit more in Kraddic within the next few days. Most of the parcels are set up for 1024M area's. If you are looking for 4096m sections though, I do have land available to do so in either Myanimo or Kraddic. Kraddic would be perfect location for someone wanting to set up a roadside store!

Every single person I've talked to has discussed price primarily in L$. I would also be REALLY amazed if someone thought I was offering 150k USD for one region. And if they did, I'm sure they would have simply asked me to clarify.

You have successfully done maths.

Doing some math. Buying region is $349, but one month included, so $120 for setup. It's $30 to increase to 30k. So Basically paying $150 setup fee. Alternatively, if I bought your region from you, the only fee needing to be covered is $100. Considering the amount of time it'll take to transfer, it'll likely be time to pay for a new month. Yet you're asking for $237 for the region. Can you please explain if I'm missing something? Cause as I see it, you're asking someone to pay you $90 more than they'd be paying LL to set up the region.

Spread out over four regions, I'm selling all my mainland parcels. Most have been divided up into 1024m parcels. There's waterfront, roadside, and interior land for sale. Some of the land is not yet currently for sale as I'm working out some land swaps with friends and giving renters time to move or buy. Did you buy it from another person or did you buy it from LL directly? If from LL, it's not grandfathered. If from someone else, they would have likely told you. You can check the billing amount though to find out.

One of things I love about Second Life is how it's an international community. We have folks from all over the planet gathered together in our own virtual world. A world based on the freedom to create, connect, and enjoy. Right now Ukraine is busy fighting for their freedom outside of our private world. For a variety of reasons they may not be able to join us or may have limited ability to do so. Yet, they are part of our community. For the Ukrainians who do support our world, via Premium and Tier Subscriptions, I request that LL now support them. Please suspend all reoccurring billing charges for those with billing addresses located in Ukraine. If unable to suspend the charges, please credit the accounts the equivalent. Although in the grand scheme it may be a little thing.. Ukrainians right now should not need to worry about their virtual land being lost while their nation is being invaded. Yup. I stopped reporting earlier this fall because things I'd reported two to three months earlier.. Still were up and not addressed. In addition, I've found stores with 30+ pages of gacha that were all clearly abusing keywords. Would have taken me hours to report them all individually and there's no way to report an entire store.
